Ocean now streams email security events, along with the investigation behind every verdict, into SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM. Security teams can correlate email threats with the rest of their telemetry and investigate faster.
The email attacks that matter now look completely normal. Credential phishing, business email compromise (BEC), and malicious links arrive from familiar senders, in a familiar tone, with nothing unusual to flag. When one gets through, the first sign of trouble is often an endpoint alert hours later. By then, the SOC is working backward, trying to connect an incident to an email it never saw.
Ocean closes that gap through its integration with SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM, bringing email security intelligence into existing security operations workflows.
Bringing Email Security Events Into SentinelOne
Ocean’s proprietary AI agents investigate every email, not just the ones that look suspicious. They analyze sender identity, intent, links, payloads, and organizational context to catch attacks built to look normal. Tools designed to find anomalies are structurally unable to catch an attack that matches the baseline. Ocean investigates the intent instead.
Through the integration, Ocean forwards email security events to SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM in near real time, where they can be correlated with other security telemetry to support unified visibility and investigation.
Security teams can subscribe to Ocean events to power SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM dashboards, configure alerts, and support SOC investigation workflows, all within their existing security operations environment.
Supported Event Types
The integration supports six event types:
Audit Logs: Visibility into email security activity and administrative actions.
Inbound Protection - Malicious Cases: Events associated with malicious inbound emails identified by Ocean.
Inbound Protection - Spam Cases: Events associated with inbound emails classified as spam.
AI Response - Quarantine Release: Events recording email quarantine release actions.
AI Response - Report Phishing: Events generated when users report suspicious emails.
Alert - Spam Bombing: Alerts associated with spam-bombing activity.
Together, these events provide security teams with visibility into malicious emails, spam, spam-bombing activity, user-reported phishing, quarantine release actions, and relevant audit records.
Each event includes Ocean’s threat verdict and suspected attack type (such as credential-theft phishing, business email compromise, or domain impersonation), relevant email metadata (including sender and recipient), investigation context, and actions taken where applicable, so analysts can take action directly within SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM.
Key Benefits for Security Teams
1. See email-borne attacks earlier
Ocean streams email security events into SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM as threats are detected or suspicious messages are reported. This gives analysts earlier visibility into potential attacks without requiring them to wait for related endpoint alerts.
2. Correlate email threats with broader security telemetry
By making email security events available alongside other SentinelOne telemetry, the integration helps analysts investigate potential connections between phishing campaigns, suspicious user activity, and related security events. This supports more effective incident scoping and cross-domain threat investigation.
For example: a convincing invoice email arrives from a real vendor’s compromised account. Ocean flags it and sends the event to SentinelOne. An analyst sees the Ocean event next to a suspicious login and a new process on the same user’s laptop, and scopes the incident in minutes instead of reconstructing it from the endpoint back.
3. Accelerate SOC investigations
Ocean enriches email events with AI-driven threat classifications and relevant email context, helping analysts assess suspicious activity, prioritize investigations, and reduce manual email triage. Every Ocean event carries the investigation behind the verdict: what was found and why. Analysts working in SentinelOne get evidence they can trust, not a score they have to verify themselves.
Built for Existing Security Operations Workflows
The Ocean-SentinelOne integration uses API-based ingestion to deliver email security events into the broader security operations environment. It is designed to work without requiring changes to existing email infrastructure or mail flow.
By connecting Ocean's investigation-driven email intelligence with SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM, organizations can incorporate email-native threat signals into their existing monitoring, alerting, and investigation processes.
When an email attack looks completely normal, your analysts shouldn’t have to wait for the endpoint to tell them. Together, Ocean and SentinelOne help security teams move beyond isolated email alerts toward more contextual, connected security investigations.
